The speakers presentations during the 4th edition of the Cardiooncology Course held between November 18-19, 2022 will be fully recorded and broadcast on https://curs-cardiooncologie.ro/ context in which we will collect and process the image / voice of the participants present. During or after the event, we can collect from the participants present their opinions on the event organized by the Romanian Society of Cardiology and its event partners (through feedback forms / electronic correspondence). Also, your data (image / voice) can be made public when we use event recordings to promote them online.
We inform you that at this event photos and videos are made live and after the event by the Romanian Society of Cardiology team and its partners. These will be made public on the various communication channels (online and print) of the Romanian Society of Cardiology and of its partners. By filling in this form and your participation in the event, you agree that Romanian Society of Cardiology will use these photos and videos in presentations, videos and on its social media channels.
By signing this document YOU EXPRESS YOUR AGREEMENT regarding the authorization of the Romanian Society of Cardiology to broadcast on the dedicated website (https://curs-cardiooncologie.ro) the audio-video recording of these sessions, for one month from the end of the event, as well as the other activities mentioned above herein.
