Prof. Dr. Cezar Iliescu
Cezar A. Iliescu, MD, is a Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Department of Cardiology, Division of Internal Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Iliescu received his MD in 1994 from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Carol Davila” in Bucharest, Romania. He completed his internship, residency, and fellowship in Internal Medicine at The University of Texas-Houston.Since 2008, Dr. Iliescu’s major area of work and research are Interventional Cardiology and acting Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. He has lectured on interventional onco-cardiology around the world and has written more than 100 papers on onco-cardiology and interventional cardiology
